The Nobles of the Capital
Felicia Evangeline the Sugar Queen

The Evangeline family was rooted in the humble plains and hill garden court, before migrating to the luxurious capital. They are known for their greed and frivolity. They are sworn to the Royal family and bow only to the King of Kings.
Felicia abides by the lifestyle laws of lavish elegance. She is a traditional beauty, with an impish smile and a heavy coin purse. She carries herself with such grace and mystique the capital wonders how she hasn't married yet. Her only vice are the decadent desserts she so often indulges in. She is known as a sweetheart, from all the sugar no doubt. She is just and kind despite her gluttonous ways, and is much beloved in the Capital by not only the bakeries and chocolatiers but the civilians as well. But, the sugar has paid it's toll; Her pretty pink lips mask her rotten teeth and rancid breath. She takes it upon herself to speak as little as possible around few very vain individuals. No one has dared ever said anything about her mouth situation...at least not face to face. Felicia isn't exactly ashamed of it, just a tad insecure. Felicia plans on inheriting her father's coin and land once he passes, seeing as she is the eldest child of four children.

I don't want to get married, I want to stay single and let my hair flow in the wind as I ride through the glen firing arrows into the sunset.
Idk my love of Merida just kind of exploded into a set. The outfit is a modern representation of what Merida might wear.
I need to watch Brave tonight or I might implode.

Hey also how do you make someone happy when they are not happy there's this good friend of mine and she's going through a really tough time right now and I want to make her feel better but I don't know how because I was never taught how to deal with problems or to cheer people up because my family likes to keep their emotions in jars

Hold on to me as we go
Curse Brandy Melville and their one size fits all sizing. Y ya gotta hate on da big gurls man

I need to go shopping my ratio of summer cloths to sweaters alone is probably 1:15

Also, if you wouldn't mind taking a couple seconds out of your day to go vote for this? http://www.muchmusic.com/contests/cokecovers/profile/p-s-duo/674/ I don't know the country restrictions but I know for sure that it works in Canada. These kids go to my school and they're really good! I have the pleasure of hearing them perform twice at out music showcase and it would be pretty cool if they won. I've only ever met Samuel once when he was kind of my boss when I worked backstage at one of my school's performances, but I still think they deserve to win. School spirit + music council pride, ya dig?
Plus my friend is like, their biggest fangirl in the world and Samuel's sister and I have a mutual friend so like this isn't creepy

Don’t get too close It’s dark inside It’s where my demons hide

Name: Katie "Kat" Song
Style: Grunge, Comfortable. Loose fitting tops and a whole lot of black.
Likes: Novels, solitude, the moon, black tea, Batman (just crime fighting vigilantes in general), t-shirts, the comfort of being in a bathroom, the comfort of being in bed, showering, cats, social justice, femme fatales, writing essays, getting high, leather, coloured hair, sarcasm, rainy days, liquor and critical thinking
Dislikes: Crowds, public speaking, being criticized and judged, unappreciated sarcasm, dry heat, lack of appraisal for a job well done, being in the presence of her family for too long, getting bad grades
Bio: Kat comes from a long line of over-achievers. Her elder brother and sister (twins!) each had a year as student body president, and graduated top of their class and as valedictorians. Now they study Harvard and Yale and are up-and-coming doctor/lawyer/co-presidents of the United States. Kat's younger sister is only in seventh grade but is in all honors classes, captain of the badminton team and has a flourishing social life. Kat's mother is a perfectionist who either cannot grasp or refuses to grasp the fact that she bore four different children with four different personalities and strengths. Ever since the day she was born, Kat had been compared to her brother and sisters on every little thing she did. While Kat preferred to sit by the window with a storybook, her siblingsr chose to tinker with a chemistry set or play sports or do their homework. Kat has always been deemed as not good enough by both of her parents. Her childhood was full of Kat questioning "what am I doing wrong?" her grades weren't bad. She was obedient and behaved, she was even so quiet sometimes people forget she was there. But it never really got any better. As she matured, her parent's nit-picking evolved into something borderline verbal-abuse- or at least that's how it felt like to Kat. She was constantly insulted and torn down. Her parent's flung words corroded in vemon at her as carelessly as they would swat flies. Idiot, stupid, ungrateful...the list went on, and her siblings never batted an eye or even tried to help her in her studies. Kat's grades were slipping and so was her mental health. Locking herself in her room with a book was escapism- but sometimes it just wasn't enough. She could still hear her parents yelling from behind the walls.
That's when Kat turned to drugs. It's started with weed, and eventually to opium, then to shrooms, LSD and heroin. It was recreational at first. Only when it got /really/ bad. she would tell herself. Just to wander through her own Wonderland for a while. But Kat found herself using almost every other day. If her parents knew, it would be crippling. Not only because of the consequences their wrath would be, but also the disappointment Kat feels from her own actions.
Kat has always segregated herself from her peers, which has always made her a bit of a loner. Kat prefers to drink and get high on her own than in groups, and only small ones if ever. She's very bright, and excels in English and Social Studies- more so Social Justice and Psychology. She carries herself as very aloof and mysterious. Not many people really know much about her, and some have never even heard her talk, but those who have think of her as sarcastic and witty. She only ever talks if there's something important to say, so when she does you best listen.
Clique: Drifters
Flaw: Kat has pretty much become dependent on her drugs. It's not much of a devastating secret to keep from her peers, but it is one to keep her family. She had also contemplated suicide, but has never acted on her thought.
Model: Soo Joo Park

+ Why do you want to be a part of this RP?
I really like Skins, and also all the roleplays I've been in recently have been /really/ different from this one, and I wanted to play a character that's troubled.

+ Will you be able to make at least 2 sets a week? Will you be active and comment on others sets?
I will try my hardest, but it always feels as if right when I join a new RP I'm forced to abandon it because school is too demanding.

+ Random fact about yourself (We want to get to know you all!) I don't know I'm actually really boring. I have one double jointed thumb and I can make it do the worm? people say it grosses them out but it's jUST A DANCING THUMB.

Wow yay mosaic set again
It's been a while.
I've missed spilling my feelings about my day on these sets, but I've been too lazy to make one. My items are overflowing with doll items.

Anyways I'm a tad bit afraid of asking for help for my anxiety because my mom really does not understand how mental illness works. Then again, she also doesn't know how airplanes work.

Countess Jeyda Verdure is in high ties with the royal family, and a contender with a great chance of wedding the Prince. The Folies and Verdures have been allies since the First War and have been bound by blood as many times as they could.
The Verdues are a rich and noble people with acres of land on the border of the Capital and Underwood, with rolling green hills as green as the emeralds that they are famous for mining.
Jeyda is power-hungry and manipulative, yet graced with the beauty and charm the Verdues are famed for. Her appearance and courtesies aid her in her wicked wiles and social climbing, and she won't stop until the throne is hers.
And even then, behind every great king is an even better queen.

My Boy Builds Coffins- Florence + The Machine
-------------------------------------------------
Princess Leyenda Folie was born a Princess to a family prone to bouts of madness. She was cherished and spoiled and never need want for anything, as long as she kept quiet about the shocking secrets her family kept. Like how the whispered rumors that her parents demanded virgins from brothel houses to slit their throats and drink their blood weren't entirely untrue...
Leyenda could never speak of those.
The Folie's had always been affiliated with dark practices, for her ancestors reigned from the isles of the undying, a sinister land wrought with dark magic and chaos. Each Folie has been touched with the hereditary insanity in one way or another, which is a wonder how they were able to grapple power over all the Novenary and become the royal family.
Most of the madness was only ever shown in secret, though. Most citizens loved their King and Queen. Leyenda, however has had to live with such hysteria coursing through her veins. Her mother and father are two parts of a toxic relationship. Her father, a narcissistic, self-indulged man holds all power over his masochistic wife. It was a loveless marriage, yet filled with tension and passion and lunacy.
Leyenda's brother Castor has recently come of age, and the Novenary is becoming restless for a royal wedding. Leyenda's brother is a complete clone of their father, so in love with himself he could never care for any other living thing.
But her brother is prone to fits of rage, where her father, thankfully, is not.
Leyenda is touched with the madness too- or so she fears. She always assumed she would be born unscathed. She was clever, witty...yet cold. Distant, almost /unfeeling/. Leyenda soon found enjoyment in destruction. She wants to watch the Novenary fall to rubble, since she can never truly have it in her grasp. Her brother is a sadistic cretin who wouldn't know what to do with it.
She also pities whoever is set to wed him. Poor girl.

There but for the grace of God go I And when you kiss me, I am happy enough to die
Lady Mary of the Hill Garden Court hails from the Plains of Humble. Trapped in a strict, bordering on abusive highborn household, Mary was taught to bite her tongue if it meant escaping unscathed. She watched as her sisters who never learned to hold their words were torn down verbally by their father, who swore he was a godly man. At fourteen Mary was given to the eldest of the four Hill Garden sons, Lord Angus. Mary saw that as a blessing. Hill Garden was known for their chivalrous men and beautiful gardens- a perfect place for the lovely, gentle, dutiful and sweet Mary.
Angus was kind to Mary, as chivalrous as the stories told, and Mary swore she had fallen for him. But as the years pressed on, Angus had seemed to lose interest in his bride. Mary had doe everything in her power, but it was not enough. They still remain married, and Mary is carrying their first child, but her place at Hill Garden feels unwelcomed and uneasy with Angus's family. Mary has played very high in the good books of the Hill Garden's people. Her generosity and kindness has won her even more fans than her lord husband, and he is not thrilled. Over the years her disappointment had turned to resentment and his ignorance transformed into distaste. Mary has learned her place at court from years of controlling her true thoughts and urges, it is hard to truly find any faults.
When another girl of the Humble Plains is bethrothed to the third Hill Garden brother Edmund, she is sent to the Gardens wide-eye and bleary. Stubborn and driven by passion, Mary takes it upon herself to teach young Jane the ropes of the court the way a lady should know.
